You’re right, Girls Aloud and Elvis. They’ll always be my favourites. But also Cheryl and Nicola as solo artists never fail to impress me, I constantly have their albums on repeat.

I went into town today and brought the Max Factor Lipfinity Lasting Lip Tint in ‘Passion Red’ so I put it on straight away and in half an hour I had four guys come up to me and tell me how I have amazing lips. It’s a shame only one of them was good-looking really. So the moral of the story is: go and buy it, apparently it’s a boy magnet.
And on that note, I’m off to the gym xo

an hour of cardio (cross trainer, treadmill, steppers), then half an hour of sit-ups, planks, and exercises with the exercise ball
I also do pilates, stretch and tone, body blast and body combat classes, and horse ride a lot.
